The role of a commercial real estate broker is to be a “deal maker” by putting boots on the ground, networking, and putting the right team of experienced experts in place for your deal.

An example of a deal we put together – Client A wanted to put some cash into an investment and earn income (mailbox money). One of my other clients (Client B), who is a franchisee of a national brand needed to ground lease a developed pad site to build a 2,000 square foot standalone retail store, but nothing was available for at least another year, in their market area.

Clearly there was an opportunity to make a deal with these two clients.

Although there are many steps within this process, our job is to make it as streamlined as possible. That’s where the second part is deployed by assembling a team of experienced experts in their respective fields (engineer, lender, escrow officer, real estate attorney, etc.) to move the transaction along smoothly with no surprises.

My 18 years of experience in sales and leasing includes 1031 tax exchanges, land, industrial, retail, office, warehouse, multifamily, and general commercial.
