Sellers is a fourth generation Texan born and raised in Round Rock. He only left the Austin area for a short while to study real estate and earn a B.A. in Sociology from the University of North Texas. Sellers was immediately attracted to real estate while studying it at UNT and quickly got his license and started selling real estate his junior year. He knew real estate was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life.

Sellers has enjoyed continued success in commercial and the residential foreclosure listing market. Established in 2007, Sellers and his team of experts have sold over 6,000 properties across Texas. Sellers has expanded his reach by obtaining his brokers license in Colorado, Minnesota, and Louisiana where he operates sister brokerages.

Although his focus has been on listing foreclosed properties for banks, government agencies, and corporate investment firms, he has always been dedicated to providing the best tools for his agents to succeed as well as engaging institutional and commercial clients.

Sellers is married to his high school sweetheart, Abby, to which they have two boys, Brady and Levi. He spends most of his free time with his family and friends, playing guitar, coaching baseball, and pretty much anything outdoors.

Chad and Abby are President and Vice President of two 501(c)(3) Non Profit Organizations - Chad & Abby Sellers Foundation and Crew Baseball.

CASF was started in 2021 after his father passed away from early onset Alzheimer’s disease. The foundation supports the caretakers and family members who are effected by this debilitating and incurable disease.

Crew Baseball is an organization focused on teaching and coaching skills to young ball players. Currently, Sellers is the head coach of the team, which his son, Levi, plays on.
